Welcome to the Be Active Toys Delivery & Returns Policy.
We hope that you will enjoy using our products but if, for any reason, you need to return a product please follow this policy, which should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will pre-authorise your card, but your card will not be charged. Once we confirm that the product is in stock and available for dispatch, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched.
If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside our control (for example, an item is on backorder), we will not process the payment and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. You have a right to ask us to cancel the purchase and void the pre-authorisation on your payment card for any products that have not been dispatched due to a delay. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details on how to cancel an order.
Making changes to your order
If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us at info@beactivetoys.co.uk. We will let you know if the change is possible and how it will affect the cost of your order and delivery. We cannot make any changes to your order after the order has been dispatched. If you wish to add more items to your order, please place a new order for any missing items.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you cancel before the items are dispatched, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. However, if the items have been dispatched, even if the items have not been delivered yet this will be treated as a return and may incur return fees.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unopened and unused, with tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Warranties
To qualify for a warranty return:
- Item must not have been misused, altered, or damaged through external causes
- Inspection may be required before the claim is approved
- Customer may be asked to cover return postage if the item is found not to be faulty

- Faults that arise under normal domestic use
- Some structural issues (frames, parts) depending on brand
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or neglect
- Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage
- Weather-related damage (e.g. trampolines/climbing frames/swingsets blown over in wind)
- Use of non-approved parts or accessories

- Email: Send an image of the fault and proof of purchase to returns@beactivetoys.co.uk
- Next Steps: If the issue is covered under warranty:
- A replacement part, product, or free return will be arranged
- If not covered, the customer is responsible for return and admin costs
