Is your play equipment suitable for commercial use?
No, our play equipment is only suitable for domestic use. We do not currently supply products for commercial settings.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices displayed on our website include VAT (where applicable). If you are exempt from VAT, you will still be required to pay the VAT and make your own arrangements to claim it back. We are unable to deduct VAT for you.
How can I place my order?
You can place your order through our website. Our website is fully secure and we have an SSL certificate that encrypts your information. Our website is also certified by Trusted Site which is an indication of the high level of website safety standards and good business practices we maintain.
In order to place an order online please follow these easy steps:
- Choose the item(s) you would like to purchase;
- Click on 'Add to Cart' if you would like to continue browsing our website or if you are ready to check out click on 'Buy it now'.
- You will then be prompted to add your details: you can either do this through our express checkout using Google Pay or Shop Pay, or alternatively, by adding your contact information and shipping address. Click ‘Continue to Shipping’
- Check your details and choose your shipping method. Then click ‘Continue to Payment’.
- Please insert your payment details and any discount codes that apply, then click ‘Review Order’.
- Check your order carefully and if the details are correct click ‘Pay Now’. This will complete your transaction and you will get an email confirmation shortly.

How will I know if something is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, a message will appear on the product details page explaining that the product is out of stock. Where possible, we will give an approximate date when we expect to receive more stock.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
You should receive an email confirmation with a unique reference number within 24 hours of your order. If, for any reason, you do not receive an email confirmation from us, please check your junk/spam folder. If you do not have an email from us, please contact our customer service team who will be able to help you, either by email at info@beactivetoys.co.uk or by telephone on 0333 090 1796.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
After your order has been placed, we may not be able to amend it but please contact us at info@beactivetoys.co.uk and we will advise on next steps. Please note that we cannot make any changes to your order after the order has been dispatched. If you wish to add more items to your order, please place a new order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order:
- Once your order has been placed you will be able to start tracking your order.
- You can click on ‘Track Your Order’ in the Main Menu on our website. You will then be prompted to add either your order number or tracking number to track your order. This will take you to the courier’s website where you will be able to view the current status of your delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will also receive an email with the tracking details.

How can I stay in touch with you?
If you have placed an order you will be asked whether you would like to keep up to date on news and offer. If so, please tick the relevant box during checkout.

Each product has different assembly instructions. Please visit the relevant product page and check the manufacturer’s assembly instructions once the product has been received.
