Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT (where applicable).
If you are exempt from VAT, you will still be required to pay the VAT and make your own arrangements to claim it back. We are unable to deduct VAT for you.
Is your play equipment suitable for commercial use?
No, our play equipment is only suitable for domestic use. We do not currently supply products for commercial settings.
How do I know if something is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, a message will appear on the product details page explaining that the product is out of stock. Where possible, we will give an approximate date when we expect to receive more stock.
Occasionally, we might run out of stock as a new order is placed. Don't worry though, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you an indication of when we will receive new stock so you can decide whether to proceed with your order.
Can I get a discount?
All offers are available on our website. If an item is discounted you will see a 'Sale' icon next to the price and it will be included in our Special Offers collection.
We often offer a discount to new customers when they subscribe to our newsletter so make sure to 'keep in the loop'.
How do I place my order?
In order to place an order online please follow these easy steps:
1. Choose the item(s) you would like to purchase;
2. Click on 'Add to Cart' if you would like to continue browsing our website or if you are ready to check out click on 'Buy it now'.
3. You will then be prompted to add your details: you can either do this through our express checkout using Google Pay or Shop Pay, or alternatively, by adding your contact information and shipping address. Click ‘Continue to Shipping’
4. Check your details and choose your shipping method. Then click ‘Continue to Payment’.
5. Please insert your payment details and any discount codes that apply, then click ‘Review Order’.
6. Check your order carefully and if the details are correct click ‘Pay Now’. This will complete your transaction and you will get an email confirmation shortly. If you do not receive an email confirmation please check your spam email and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Can I track my order?
We normally provide tracking details when your order is despatched. Occasionally, our couriers do not use a tracking service so we are unable to provide a tracking number. However, you will always receive an email notification when your order is despatched and, where possible, we will send you an email with a time estimate for delivery.
To track your order, follow the link from the email notification provided or visit the Track Your Order page on our website. You can track your parcel either using your order number (which looks like this #0000BAT) or tracking number.

Can I amend my order?
After your order has been placed, we may not be able to amend it but please contact us at email@example.com and

Once your order has been despatched, we are unable to cancel it and it will be treated as a return.

How long will it take to get a refund?
If you have cancelled your order before despatch or returned an item within the 14-day cancellation period, you may be eligible for a refund.
