Triclimb Delivery

Free UK Delivery for all orders over £50. Your Triclimb items will be delivered by our trusted couriers, Parcelforce, using a 48-hour tracked service from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

For orders of £50 or under, a delivery charge of £8.95 will be applied.

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your order and enjoy a lifetime of active play! However, if for any reason you would like to cancel your order and return the products, you can do so within 60 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that in order to accept a return all products must be unpacked, in their original condition and packaging. 

In the unlikely event, your order is incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will advise on next steps. For more details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy.
