• The NEW Rigi Net -The exclusive Rigi Net technology used on the Jump Capsule Mk3 models provides the most secure, safe bouncing environment. The unique design of this ‘No Escape' net ensures the bouncer cannot get access to the springs or trampoline framework whilst on the trampoline.  The trampoline bed and safety enclosure are factory stitched to provide 100% safety from falling onto the trampoline framework. This ingenious design secures the safety of little fingers and toes better than any other trampoline on the market.

Winter and High Winds:

Dropping your safety netting down when we are due high winds, is a simple 5-minute process with the Jump Capsule Mk3 model. This will protect your netting and safety enclosure poles.

Once the safety netting has been dropped onto the trampoline you can completely cover the netting and trampoline with a Telstar Cover. You can also use a Tie Down Kit which consists of long tent pegs and heavy duty strapping which goes over the trampoline framework to help keep the trampoline grounded. 

The Telstar Cover and Tie Down Kit are not included and can be bought separately.

We offer free UK delivery. Your Telstar items will be delivered by our trusted couriers within 2-4 working days from the placement of your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday.

You do not need to wait in all day for delivery. The driver can leave the boxes safe if you leave a note on your front door with instructions.
