▪️ Safety -The exclusive Rigi Net technology used on the Jump Capsule Mk3 models provides the most secure, safe bouncing environment. The unique design of this ‘No Escape' net ensures the bouncer cannot get access to the springs or trampoline framework whilst on the trampoline. The trampoline bed and safety enclosure are factory stitched to provide 100% safety from falling onto the trampoline framework. This ingenious design secures the safety of little fingers and toes better than any other trampoline on the market.

▪️ Extra High Jumps - The 9ft x 13ft Telstar Jump Capsule Mk3 Oval Trampoline has two super sweet 'Sweet Spots' at each end and another in the centre, powered by Telstar's performance springs, which enable the user to jump higher and higher.
▪️ Winter & High Winds - Dropping your safety netting down when we are due high winds, is a simple 5-minute process with the Jump Capsule Mk3 model. This will protect your netting and safety enclosure poles.
▪️ Reversible Padding - Unique reversible padding; choose from zingy orange or the subtle grey.
▪️ Extra Accessories - Once the safety netting has been dropped onto the trampoline you can completely cover the netting and trampoline with a Telstar Cover (available to be purchased separately). You can also use a Tie Down Kit (also available separately) which consists of long tent pegs and heavy duty strapping which goes over the trampoline framework to help keep the trampoline grounded.

We offer free UK delivery for all Telstar trampolines. Your items will be delivered by our trusted couriers within 1-3 working days from the date of your order (often sooner).
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
You do not need to wait in all day for delivery. The driver can leave the boxes safe if you leave a note on your front door with instructions.

All Telstar trampolines are designed to be self-assembled, with tools provided in the box. Assembly Instructions Included In The Box 📄
Clear the ground where you want your trampoline to be of any debris. If you have an inground trampoline be sure to dig your hold according to the specifications provided.
Unpack the boxes and ensure all the parts have arrived. You can use the manual provided to check you have all the parts that you need to build your trampoline.

The unique 'Rigi' net technology creates a totally enclosed bouncing environment for the user. This technology allows the user to get the best out of the explosive bounce of the ELITE and ORBIT trampolines, safe with the knowledge that if they fall against the net, the robust, rigid system will ensure that they are protected.
The Telstar ELITE and ORBIT enclosure uses steel tubing and thick closed cell foam covering to create one of the strongest, safest trampoline enclosures on the market today. The 'Rigi' net system has a net that is sewn directly onto the bounce mat, meaning there is absolutely no gap between the net and the springs, creating the totally enclosed area.

Yes! All our trampolines are designed to be self-assembled, with complete instructions and required tools provided for you in the box.
On average it takes approximately 2 hours to assemble a trampoline, but of course this depends on your experience and how many people are helping you. We recommend at least 2 adults to assemble a trampoline.
For some of our trampolines we offer an assembly service where our team will come to your home to fully assemble the trampoline for you.
Note: For inground or flatground trampolines you will need to dig a hole to the required specification (see the assembly manual that comes with your trampoline for specific instructions).
