Handmade in Gloucestershire, all climbing frames are fully customisable and made to order. Our friendly customer service team can help you design the system to best fit your garden.
Manufactured to EU safety standards, these commercial grade climbing frames are built to last for generations. This is reflected in the 15-year warranty on timber and 2-year warranty on all other parts.
And not only that, all timber is FSC or PEFC endorsed which means that it is sourced from sustainably managed forests.
1. Tell us what you're looking for
Call us to discuss your requirements & customisation options, including space, budget and must-haves. It’s helpful to know where the frame will be built, so we’ll ask you for photos of the site and basic dimensions. In some cases, we come out for a site visit.
2. We’ll get it on paper
Our design team use your information to prepare a 3D drawing (to scale), showing you exactly what it would look like in the area. For transparency, we also provide a detailed breakdown of all costs, so you know exactly what you are paying for but also how changes can affect the overall project value. Our design service is entirely free and obligation-free. If you decide to leave us after this stage, we promise to have no hard feelings.
3. You can amend or approve
You can ask us to make as many changes to the design as you like, until you’re happy. Once a final design is agreed, we ask for a deposit so we can get our manufacturing team to work.
4. We build it
Once you sign off the design, our team in Gloucestershire will start building your personalised playground by hand.
5. We install it
We offer completely hassle-free installation with our fully trained, in-house installation team. We agree a date to come and commence the build. In most cases, assembly involves a 3-man team, and it takes around 2/3 days for a single frame set.
6. You enjoy it
Our frames are built using commercial grade timber and high-quality accessories, as we believe that outdoor playgrounds should only be purchased once. We therefore build them to be safe, sturdy, and reliable, suitable for younger and older kids alike, so they can be enjoyed for many years to come.
