BERG Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer free UK delivery for all BERG trampolines. Trampoline accessories are only available to be purchased with a trampoline. Your BERG items will be delivered within 10 -14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Where possible, we will provide tracking details within 24 hours of your order being despatched.

Returns

We believe you’ll love your BERG toys, but if you change your mind, we’re here for you.  You have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return, as long as the items are in the same condition you received them - unused, disassembled and in the original packaging.
