If you choose our installation service, our installation team will contact you once you receive your trampoline to arrange for a build date. The process is as follows: 

  1. Select the installation service when you purchase your trampoline.
  2. Contact us via email at info@beactivetoys.co.uk to let us know once you've received your trampoline;
  3. Our installation team will be in touch to arrange a build date. Our team will also call you to confirm the appointment the day before and text their ETA on the morning of the build. Please note that a 48 hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise you will be charged the full installation cost.
  4. The build will take place on the agreed date. Our team will only install the trampolines - our installation service does not include the installation of any accessories, or any ground works required for inground trampolines (such as digging the hole). Our team will also not dispose of any rubbish from the build.
When speaking to our installation team, please advise of any parking restrictions or access issues at the property. If a parking permit is required, this must be supplied by you.
